EvansPortenga, Attorneys At Law is a direct descendent of the firm Libner, VanLeuven, Kortering, Evans & Portenga. Former partners Robert Libner and Robert J. VanLeuven have retired. Thomas J. Evans and Roy J. Portenga share over 50 years of combined legal experience. From day one, the firm has specialized in serving the injured and disabled. The firm focuses on personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security, and wrongful death cases.
EvansPortenga is located in the historic Hume Grocery Building (now the Even & Franks Building) in downtown Muskegon, MI.

Thomas J. Evans
Tom was born in Lansing and reared in Walled Lake, MI. He moved to Muskegon in 1982. He limits his practice to all areas of serious personal injury cases.
